Need Advice: Selling 13 Properties and 1260 Tiles – Best Way Out?

I find myself in a situation where I’ve accumulated 13 properties and a whopping 1260 tiles in total, but I’ve realized I no longer have the time to invest in this game. Rather than letting everything sit idle, I’ve made the decision to sell off all my properties and quit. However, I’m unsure about the best approach to liquidate everything efficiently.

What’s the optimal strategy for selling off such a portfolio? Should I sell them individually or look for a bulk buyer? Any tips or insights on the process would be greatly appreciated.
