I’ve been waiting for my withdrawal since the end of April, and support hasn’t responded to my reminders.

I requested my first withdrawal of $602 in April. Weeks went by without the money appearing in my bank account, so I contacted support. They informed me that they need more time due to Anti Money Laundering regulations.

So I waited again, but more weeks went by without receiving the money. When I asked again, they informed me that MasterCard withdrawals were not possible at the moment and offered me a virtual credit card instead. On May 16, 2024, I provided all the required information the same day they requested it.

Three weeks later, I still hadn’t received the virtual credit card, so I contacted support again to ask for my money. I received the same standard reply as many times before.

Fourteen days ago, I sent them the following final notice:

SURPRISE, I didn’t get an answer.

I am now in contact with a German lawyer who would like to represent me across countries in this case. I will keep you up to date.
