We Still Waiting Crazy Time For Withdrawals?

Is this really still a thing? I requested a small test withdrawal amounting to $2.30 after fees. Still waiting 20 days later. I got the usual reply from support about them having to review every request yada yada yada.

Is this still the standard crap even after all these years?
