Personne n'a acheté de terres pendant des années

I have two lands total value is $128 US. Its been on the market for yeaaarsss and no one is buying. I have them under market value. What am I supposed to do? I check every few months when I remember the site and its always still not sold. The lands are in Russia and Barrigada if that makes a difference
