Kérdés az Earth2.io számlával kapcsolatban

Hi, I haven’t been in touch with earth2io for at least a few years. Now I’ve come back, and my old login isn’t working; it’s asking me to create a new account. This new account with the same details suddenly has nothing of value—no tiles, no money. I believe I paid around $120 into the game and had tiles worth $500, but everything is gone.

The safari bookmark I saved and accessed from time to time, where my old login worked with all my values intact, doesn’t work anymore.

I can’t find anything online about this issue, neither received I emails which would inform me about a account reset or so. Please help.
