I prelievi non funzionano e la conversione a ESS richiede mesi. Perché?

Has anyone had a successful withdrawal at any point in the last few months? Can’t withdraw my fiat, can’t convert it to $ESS either. Requested back in December technically, have emailed requesting an update last month, and again this month to just find out I’m in “queue”.
