Dear Earth 2 Community,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming deployment of a new login system for Earth 2 which will take place over the next 24-48 hours. While your current login session will remain unaffected, the next time you log in, you will be required to follow a few additional steps. Once these steps are completed, you will be able to log in as usual.

Please note that this update will not impact our existing Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) if it is activated on your account. Your account will still have that second level of security and you will need to successfully pass our separate 2FA system to gain access to your account. We are providing this update as a courtesy to ensure our community is aware of what to expect when the new system is deployed.

Our team will be closely monitoring the performance of the new system. Should any issues arise, we will have the option to revert to the previous system. If you encounter any problems, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via our support page at https://support.earth2.io.
